Justin Sawai has experience in renovating, remodeling, and re-selling residential properties to increase their appeal and market value. Among his many business skills are market analysis and residential development. However, for Justin, real estate service goes beyond the transaction; it's about the relationships that he builds in the process.

He finds residential real estate especially rewarding and is gratified by helping people find their dream homes or starter properties that can help them achieve their goals. Justin says, "Residential real estate is personal. There are so many decisions that an individual must make about the community, school system, and whether a neighborhood fits a person's interests, needs, and lifestyle. It's my role to guide them through the process, listening to their needs and ensuring complete satisfaction."

A lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Justin grew up in the Pacific Palisades, and he now resides in Santa Monica with his wife, Chelsea, their son Rowen, and their dog, Zuma. Naturally, Justin’s interest in real estate was piqued at an early age. He grew up with a realtor father, and his mother worked on the design side of the business. His work experience includes positions with CBRE, Caruso Affiliated, and Holtz Construction. With a background in Urban Studies, he has a unique understanding of the Southern California market and the aesthetics of neighborhoods. "From a 1920s bungalow to a modern mansion, they all have character and an emotional component for different people to connect with," he adds.

A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, Justin is the product of local schools, including Paul Revere and Palisades High. When he's not working, he enjoys the outdoors: surfing, diving, mountain climbing, running, and cycling. Also a self-described "foodie," Justin loves to explore the diverse restaurants, neighborhoods, and cultures of Los Angeles. He is a proud volunteer with the Surfrider Foundation Blue Water Task Force and a member of the Rapha Cycling Club.
